- Open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
- Residents of South Australia (SA) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are excluded.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Madstylemoto Pty Ltd are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
- Entries Open: Thursday, 14 August 2025 at 7:30pm AEST
- Entries Close: Saturday, 16 August 2025 at 7:30pm AEST
- Draw: Saturday, 16 August 2025 at 8:00pm AEST
- Draw held live at the Moura Coal and Country Festival (QLD) and livestreamed on Facebook (@Madstylemoto).
4. How to Enter
4.1 Free Entry
- Complete the entry form at www.madstylemoto.com.au.
- Creates a free user account with 30-day trial access to Madstylemoto’s stunt tutorial platform.
- Cancelling during the trial forfeits all active and future entries.
- Example: Cancel on Day 4 = no entries for any future giveaways within that trial period.
4.2 Paid Packages & One-Off Purchases (Bonus Entries)
- Purchase select merchandise, training content, or access bundles to earn bonus entries.
- Options include limited-time stunt tutorial access (e.g., 1 day, 1 week, 1 month), full membership packages, and merchandise packs.
- Number of entries is clearly displayed at checkout.
- Patrons who are present at the Moura Coal and Country festival get a 10% discount to the bonus entry packages through QR codes on the site.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
5.1 First Prize
- 2025 Stark Varg MX 1.2 (RRP $18,000 AUD) OR $10,000 AUD tax-free cash.
5.2 Total Prize Pool
- $18,000 AUD
5.3 Prize Conditions
- Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
- Winner must choose either the motorcycle or the cash option.
6. Draw & Winner Selection
- Draw conducted using RandomDraws.com.au, a certified random draw system.
- Location: Moura Coal and Country Festival (QLD)
- Time: 8:00pm AEST on 16 August 2025.
- Winner contacted within 24 hours via phone, SMS, or email.
- Prize Claim Period: Winner must claim within 48 hours.
- If unclaimed, the prize may be redrawn.
- If winner is not present at the festival, Madstylemoto will arrange and cover delivery within 30 days.
- Valid ID must be provided to receive the prize.
7. Publication of Results
- Winner’s first name, last initial, and suburb/postcode may be published on our website, social media channels, and promotional materials.
8. Permits & Legal Compliance
- NSW Trade Promotion Authority: TP/04168
- No permits required in VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, or NT.
- SA and ACT residents are ineligible.
- Conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading requirements.

- Late entries will not be accepted.
- Madstylemoto is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
- Prize is not exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
- Valid ID may be required to claim a prize.

- No refunds for change of mind.
- Refunds are only available as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- If a qualifying purchase is refunded, any associated entries will be voided.
